Teriyaki Sauce!

Works best with chicken and salmon!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 80ml Soy sauce
  • 85g Light brown soft sugar
  • Ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Mirin rice wine
  • Instructions:

  • Chope or crush the garlic cloves!
  • Add 350ml of water into a saucepan along with sugar, soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey! Slowly bring it to a simmer while stirring it occasioanally!
  • Cook for another 5 minutes, or until it becomes slightly thick and glossy!
  • Combine the corn flour together with 1 tbsp of water and quickly whisk it through the sauce!
  • Whisk through the rice wine and then pour it into your container of choice! Leave to cool, and then pop it in the fridge! I hope you enjoy!
