Ingredients:

  • 1/2 Orange
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 25g Butter (unsalted)
  • 1 small Red cabbage
  • 3 tbsp Cranberry sauce
  • Instructions:

  • Quarter, core and shred the red cabbage, and then tip it into an airtight container or a bowl! Sprinkle over 1/4tsp salt and mix it through the cabbage with your hands! Cover it and set aside in the fridge for at least one hour! I recommend giving it 8 at least though!
  • Melt the butter (or use fry-light as a healthy alternative!) in a large frying pan or wok over a high heat until it is sizzling!
  • Stir fry the cabbage for 5 minutes until it has become softer!
  • Stir in the remaining 3 ingredients and cook the cabbage for another 5 minutes until the cabbage has been coated in a sticky glaze!
  • Serve it straightaway or leave it to cool and tub it up! It should last for 2 or 3 days! Just make sure to heat it up again before you go to eat it! I hope you enjoy!
