Ingredients:

  • 100g Caster sugar
  • A few drops of Vanilla extract
  • 500ml Whipping cream
  • Instructions:

  • Take two large bowls (preferably metal!) and put ice into one bowl! In the other bowl, put all the ingredients into it and place it on top of the ice!
  • Whisk the ingredients together until the mixture forms soft peaks! This can take a while, and can be very tiring on your arm, so try to use the different parts of your arm to whisk one after the other! Whisk with your hand, then your forearm, then your whole arm! Or just use an electric whisk if you have one!
  • Cover the cream and place it in the fridge until you use it! Enjoy!
