Ingredients:
120g Unsalted butter
1/2 a Vanilla pod
300ml Double cream
600g Dark chocolate couverture
Instructions:
Add the cream and vanilla to a saucepan and bring it to the boil!
Chop up the couverture into small pieces and add them to a metal/plastic bowl! Pour the cream over the couverture and whisk it with a hand whisk or an electric one until the chocolate has melted!
Cube up the butter and whisk it into the mix!
Stir the ganache over a bowl of ice until the mixture has the required consistency that you are after! Cover it up and pop it in the fridge for later use if that's what you want! Enjoy!
