Suet Paste!

Often used for steamed fruit puddings, steamed jam rolls, steamed meat puddings, and dumplings! Makes 400g!

Ingredients:

  • Salt
  • 10g Baking powder
  • 125ml Water
  • 200g Soft flour
  • 100g Vegetarian suet
  • Instructions:

  • Sieve the flour, baking powder, and salt together in a large bowl!
  • Mix the suet into the mix and then make a well in the centre of the mix! Add the water and mix lightly til you get a fairly stiff paste! Cover, chill it in the fridge until use, and enjoy!
