Mix the flour, yoghurt, salt and baking powder together in a large bowl, and then knead until a dough is formed! Cover with a tea towel and let it rest for 30 minutes!
Divide into 4 portions for larger flatbreads, or 8 for smaller flatbreads!
Roll until thin on a generously floured surface!
Preheat your frying pan (with either your oil or fry-light!) until it is smoking hot!
Cook however many flatbreads you can fit in the pan on a high heat until the side visible to you bubbles up!
Flip onto the other side and cook until nice and golden! Repeat for each flatbread! I recommend having multiple pans on the go at once if using a higher yield version of this recipe to reduce cooking time!
