Apricot Glaze!

The type of jam used can also be exchanged for whatever type of jam you fancy! Go wild! Makes 150ml!

Ingredients:

  • 50ml Stock syrup or Water
  • 100g Apricot jam
  • Instructions:

  • Add the apricot jam to a saucepan with the water/syrup and bring it to the boil!
  • Once boiled, pass through a strainer and serve! You would usually make this to serve rather than storing it, as the glaze should be used hot! Enjoy!
