Ingredients:

62g Butter

250ml Double cream

100g Demerara sugar

Instructions:

Add the double cream to a saucepan and bring it to the boil! Then, whisk in the butter and sugar!

Once whisked in, simmer for 3 minutes! Then put it into a container and pop it in the fridge to cool for when you use it! And enjoy!
