Ingredients:

  • 62g Butter
  • 250ml Double cream
  • 100g Demerara sugar
  • Instructions:

  • Add the double cream to a saucepan and bring it to the boil! Then, whisk in the butter and sugar!
  • Once whisked in, simmer for 3 minutes! Then put it into a container and pop it in the fridge to cool for when you use it! And enjoy!
