Garlic Bread!

Also With A Cheesy Variant!

Ingredients:

  • 30g Butter
  • Based on preference, 2-4 Garlic cloves
  • Grated Cheese
  • 1 Part-baked baguette
  • A few leaves of Parsley
  • Instructions:

  • Preheat your oven according to instructions on the packet for the part-baked baguette!
  • Slice the baguette diagonally into not-too-thin but not-too-thick pieces and place on a tray lined with baking/parchment paper!
  • Cook in the oven for 2-3 minutes and then take it out of the oven! This is done so that the baguette doesn't go soggy when the butter is spread onto it!
  • Soften the butter in the microwave, making sure not to melt it but getting it to a state in which it can be mixed!
  • Finely chop the parsley and add it with the garlic into the butter, mix well so both the parsley and garlic are incorporated all throughout!
  • Spread the garlic-butter mix onto the baguette, and sprinkle cheese over the top if using it!
  • Put the baguette back in the oven to cook for the remaining time indicated on the packet! (The time minus the 2-3 minutes already spent cooking!)
  • Take them out of the oven and enjoy!
