Ingredients:

  • 25g Butter
  • 150ml Double cream
  • 180g Milk chocolate couverture
  • Instructions:

  • Add the double cream and butter to a saucepan and gently bring it to a simmer!
  • Add the chocolate to the pan and stir well until the chocolate has melted and the sauce is nice and smooth! Place it in a container and pop it in the fridge to cool for its use! Or use it hot if that's what you wanna do! Regardless, enjoy!
