Ingredients:
300g Unsalted butter
600g Granulated sugar
450g Double cream
30ml Brandy
Instructions:
Add the sugar to a saucepan and carefully melt it to make a dry caramel! You're looking for a deep golden colour!
Cube the butter into small cubes! Add these cubes and the cream to a pan and heat it!
Gradually add the cream and butter mix to the caramel a little bit at a time! Then, finely stir in the brandy! You'd normally serve this hot on top of a sticky toffee pudding, but if you'd like to use it on something else, go ahead! If you're keeping it for later, pop it in a container and place it in the fridge! I hope you enjoy!
