Grilled Greek Chicken Skewers!

Best served with a side salad and some citrus mayo! (this recipe is still a work in progress and subject to change!)

Ingredients:

  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • Salt
  • 400g Chicken breast
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • Oregano
  • Rosemary
  • Paprika
  • Black Pepper
  • Olive oil/frylight, for coating
  • Instructions:

  • Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat!
  • Dice the chicken breast into evenly sized pieces and place into a bowl!
  • Add olive oil/frylight, lemon juice from the lemon, chopped garlic, oregano and rosemary (chop first if you're using fresh versions!), paprika, salt and pepper to the bowl with the chicken pieces in and mix together!
  • Evenly put the chicken pieces onto skewers and then grill for roughly 14 minutes (or until fully cooked!), making sure to turn skewers every few minutes!
  • Serve with your choice of accompaniments! Enjoy!
