Beer Batter!

I know its not a dressing or a sauce but hey! Where else would it go? (this recipe is still a work in progress and subject to change!)

Ingredients:

  • 200g Plain flour
  • Salt
  • 150ml Lager
  • 150ml Sparkling water
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 3 tsp White wine vinegar
  • Instructions:

  • Combine the flour and baking powder together in a bowl! If you want to add a little more flavour to your batter, consider adding tumeric or paprika!
  • Gradually pour in the lager and sparkling water and stir/whisk until you get yourself a smooth, lump-free batter!
  • Leave to rest for 30 minutes before you use it! Other than that, enjoy!
